- Learning and growing in community – making available the opportunity to grow together in a safe and mutual affirming environment
- A commitment to loving and caring relationships – Being intentional in our care and love for one another
- Servant-leadership development – giving other leaders opportunities for becoming servant leaders
- Outward focused - reaching our community
- Wise administration and accountability
- Networking with the body of Christ
- Stewardship and generosity – teaches people to be good stewards over their resources and challenges faithful giving.
